Since 1994, the Mid-Atlantic – Russia Business Council has worked to foster business relations between Russia and the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region. The goal of MARBC is to enable companies based in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region to enhance their positions in Russia and to attract Russian businesses to the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region. A major focus of MARBC’s efforts has been the establishment of the Mid-Atlantic region as a leading partner for Russian-American business and technology cooperation.
