WTWNYC Event Disclosure, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Contributions or gifts to World Trade Week NYC are not deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.

By registering for and attending an event, you acknowledge that any photographs that may be taken are the property of the New York District Export Council and give your consent to their use in the NYDEC’s online and offline business communications and marketing. You also give your consent that WTWNYC sponsors and partner organizations with the permission of the NYDEC may use such photographs in their online and offline business communications.

The NYDEC may use your contact information to provide you with information about the organization, or to notify you about similar events that may be of interest to you. We do may share your information with WTWNYC partner organizations and sponors.


For Payment by Credit Card:
Reservations/Cancellations and Payments unless otherwise specified, must be made at least 2 business days prior to the event.

For Payment by Check:
Checks must be received by the WTWNYC Steering Committee by the reservation deadline date.

Reservations/Cancellations and Payments unless otherwise specified, must be received at least 5 business days prior to the event.


Cancellation Policy: As a result of WTWNYC reserving a space for you, we must enforce a “no show” policy and ask that you pay the full amount for any event for which you make a reservation and then fail to cancel within the allotted time nor attend.


Payment must accompany all reservations.
